RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• No exchange or return in case of “customized” or “make to order” products
• No exchange or return in case of “Used items”
• For Jewelry order, items procured will neither be refunded nor exchanged. Unless the items delivered are having a manufacturing fault in which case, the customer is expected to report the same within a period of one day from receiving the products. such faulty item needs to be returned within a period of 3 days
